Sastojci (za oko 200 ml krema): 100 g sirovih badema, 100 ml vode (po potrebi dodati još malo za finiju teksturu), 1 kašičica javorovog sirupa, za vegan ili meda (opciono, za blagu slatkoću), prstohvat soli, ½ kašičice vanile u prahu ili ½ kasicice vanila ekstrakta (opciono, za aromu).
Priprema:
1. Bademi se mogu koristiti sirovi ili blago tostirani.
Ako želiš blaži ukus i kremastu teksturu, potopi bademe u vodu preko noći (8–12 sati). Ocediti.
2. Stavi bademe u blender ili kuhinjski procesor hrane.
3. Dodaj vodu i blendaj dok ne dobiješ glatku kremu.
Po potrebi dodaj još malo vode da se postigne željena gustina.
4. Dodaj so, javorov sirup ili med i vanila ekstrakt. Blendaj još nekoliko sekundi da se sve sjedini.
5. Prebaci krem u staklenu teglicu i čuvaj u frižideru do 4-5 dana.
6. Pre upotrebe dobro promešati, jer se prirodna ulja mogu odvojiti.
Napomena:
Ako želiš da bude 100% veganski, preskoči med.
Ako želiš mozes izostaviti med ili javorovov sirup
Saveti:
1. Ako želiš gušću kremu za filove, koristi manje vode prilikom blendanja.
2. Ako želiš tečniji namaz za smutije, dodaj malo više vode ili biljnog mleka.
3. Bademov krem je prirodno sladak ako dodaješ med ili sirup, ali može biti i potpuno neutralan za slane ili neslane recepte.

1. If you want a thicker filling cream, use less water when blending.
2. If you want a more liquid spread for smoothies, add a little more water or vegetable milk.
3. Almond cream is naturally sweet if you add honey or syrup, but it can also be completely neutral for savory or non-savory recipes.
