1. Vakumska inox posuda za hranu (en. food jar)
Najstandardniji i najpouzdaniji izbor. Koristi se za: pasulj, supu, čorbe, gulaš.
- u Srbiji: Voden, Metalac, kineske inox varijante
- u Americi: Thermos, Stanley
✅ Drži toplo 6–10h (zavisno od kvaliteta)
2. Stanley vakumska posuda za hranu
Premium američki model. Najviše koriste ljudi za posao, teren, kamp.
- drži toplotu i do 12–15h
- ekstremno čvrsta i ne curi
✅ Idealna za “ceo dan na nogama”.
3a. Bento termo kutija (više pregrada)
Organizacioni sistem za obrok. Za: meso + prilog + salata
3b. Običan bento (bez termo izolacije)
- ne greje hranu
- hrana se samo čuva, ne održava temperaturu
- uz dobru torbu + led: do ~6 sati
U praksi: ovo se više jede kao obrok na sobnoj temperaturi
Termo bento (sa izolacijom)
- ima izolaciju, ali nije “pravi termos”
- drži toplotu ili hladnoću oko 4–8 sati
- najbolji modeli mogu do oko 10 sati u idealnim uslovima
Najbitnija stvar
Bento nije termos.
- Termo inox posuda (en.
food jar) → 6–10h vruće hrane bez problema
- Bento kutija → više za organizaciju hrane, ne za dugo održavanje toplote
Kratko pravilo:
- hoćeš pasulj vruć ceo dan → termos posuda
- hoćeš razdvojeni obrok → bento
- hoćeš oba → kombinacija (bento + mali termos)
1. Vacuum stainless steel container for food (food jar)
The most standard and reliable choice. It is used for: beans, soup, chowders and stews.
- in Serbia: Voden, Metalac, Chinese stainless steel variants
- in America: Thermos, Stanley
✅ Keeps warm for 6-10 hours (depending on quality)
2. Stanley vacuum container for food
Premium American model. Mostly used by people for work, field, camping.
- keeps heat up to 12-15 hours
- extremely solid and does not leak
✅ Ideal for "all day on your feet".
3a. Bento thermal box (multiple compartments)
Organizational system for meals. For: meat + side dish + salad
3b. Ordinary bento (without thermal insulation)
- does not heat food
- the food is only stored, it does not maintain the temperature
- with a good bag + ice: up to ~6 hours
In practice: this is more eaten as a meal at room temperature
Thermal bento (with insulation)
- it has insulation, but it is not a "real thermos"
- keeps heat or cold for about 4-8 hours
- the best models can last up to about 10 hours in ideal conditions
The most important thing
A bento is not a thermos.
- Thermal stainless steel container (food jar) → 6–10 hours of hot food without problems
- Bento box → more for the organization of food, not for keeping warm for a long time
Short rule:
- you want hot beans all day → thermos container
- you want a split meal → bento
- you want both → combination (bento + small thermos)
