Corba od zelja (Chowder with collard greens)

Sastojci: 250 g zelja, 80 g praziluka, 100 g šargarepe, 80 g korena peršuna, 30 g korena celera, 200 g krompira, ½ kasicice vegete, 1.5 L vode, 200 ml pavlake za kuvanje, 100 ml ulja.

Priprema:

1. Ocistite zelje I iseci na trakice. Praziluk ocistite I sitno iseckajte. Šargarepu, koren peršuna i koren celera oljustiti i krupno narendati. Krompir oljustiti i iseckati na kockice.

2. Ulje sipati u dublju šerpu i staviti da se zagreje. Smanjiti temperaturu na srednju (3).

3. Dodati praziluk I prziti 2 minuta mesajuci.

4. Dodati šargarepu, koren peršuna i koren celera. Propržiti oko 2 minuta.

5. Sipati vrelu vode, krompir i kuvati poklopljeno dok krompir ne omekša. 

6. Dodati vegetu i zelje. Promešati i pustiti da provri. 

7. U tankom mlazu uz mešanje sipati pavlaku za kuvanje. Promešati I pustiti da proključa. Skloniti sa sporeta.

Ingredients: 250 g of collard greens, 80 g of leeks, 100 g of carrots, 80 g of parsley root, 30 g of celery root, 200 g of potatoes, ½ teaspoon of vegetable seasoning, 1.5 L of water, 200 ml of cooking cream, 100 ml of oil.

Preparation:

1. Clean the collard greens and cut them into strips. Clean and finely chop the leek. Peel and coarsely grate the carrot, parsley root and celery root. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.

2. Pour the oil into a deep pot and heat it up. Reduce heat to medium-low (3).

3. Add the leek and fry for 2 minutes, stirring.

4. Add carrot, parsley root and celery root. Fry for about 2 minutes.

5. Pour boiling water, potatoes and cook covered until the potatoes are soft.

6. Add vegetable seasoning and collard greens. Stir and let it boil.

7. Pour the cooking cream in a thin stream while stirring. Stir and let it boil. Remove from the stove.
