Filovi za slane kiflice (Savoury rolls fillings)

Osnovni recept za slane kiflice s fetom

Integralne kifle sa semenkama.


Sa sunkom i kackavaljem

Sastojci: 200g sunke, 200g kackavalja.

Na isecene kiflice staviti parce sunke a preko parce kackavalja. Zaviti kiflice ili kifle.


Sa mesom i prazilukom

Sastojci: 250g mlevenog mesa, ½ praziluka, 2 kasike ulje uljane repice, malo vode.

U tiganj staviti ulje i na srednje niskoj temepraturi (3) zagrejati. Dodati sitno sekcan praziluk i prziti nekoliko minuta. Pojacati na srednju temperaturu (4) dodati meso i prziti uz malo dodavanja vode. Filovati kiflice ili kifle i zaviti.


Sa sirom

Sastojci: 300g sira, 2 jaja.

Jaja umutiti. Dodati zmrvljen sir i promesati. Filovati kiflice ili kifle i zaviti.


Sa pecurkama

Sastojci: 300g sampinjona, 80ml belog vina, 2 cena belog luka, ½ glavice crnog luka, 2 kasike ulja uljane repice.

Na ulju na srednjoj temepraturi (4) prziti sitno seckan crni luk oko 5 minuta. Dodati seckan beli luk i prziti dok ne pusti miris. Dodati pecurke seckane na listice i belo vino i prziti dok tecnost ne ispari. Na kraju po zelji posoliti. Ostaviti da se ohladi. Filovati kiflice ili kifle I zaviti.


Sa spanacem i pecurkama

Sastojci: 200g spanaca 200g pecurki, 2 kasike parmezana, 2 cena belog luka, 2 kasike ulja uljane repice.

Na ulju na srednjoj temepraturi (4) prziti sitno seckan beli luk dok ne pusti miris. Dodati pecurke seckane na listice i spanac iseckan i dinstati uz dodatak malo vode, Na kraj dodati parmezan i promesati. Filovati kiflice ili kifle i zaviti.


Pica nadev

Sastojci: 250g sunke ili salame, 150g kackavalja, kecap, origano.

Premazati kecapom kiflice. Staviti rendanu ili na kockcie secenu sunku ili salamu. Posuti rendanim kackavaljem i origanom. Filovati kiflice i zaviti.


Slani nadev 1

Sastojci: 200g kisele pavlake, 200 majoneza, 150g sunke, 4 kisela krastavcica, 1-2 kasike kecapa, 100g feta sira.

U ciniji pomesati kiselu pavlaku majonez. Dodati seckanu ili rendanu sunku, seckane kisele krastavcice, kecap i izmrvljenu fetu.


Slani nadev 2

Sastojci: 250g sunke, 150g kackavalja, 2 kasike ajvara.

Pomesati rendanu ili seckanu sunku, rendan kackavalj i ajvar.

With han and yellow cheese 

Ingredients: 200g of ham, 200g of yellow cheese.

Put slices of ham on the cut rolls, and a slice of yellow cheese on top. Wrap the rolls.


With meat and leeks

Ingredients: 250g of minced meat, ½ leek, 2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil, a little water.

Put the oil in a pan and heat it on a medium-low temperature (3). Add finely chopped leeks and fry for a few minutes. Increase the temperature to medium (4), add the meat and fry with a little water. Fill the rolls and wrap.


With white cheese

Ingredients: 300g of white cheese, 2 eggs.

Beat the eggs. Add the crumbled cheese and stir. Fill the rolls and wrap.


With mushrooms

Ingredients: 300g of mushrooms, 80ml of white wine, 2 cloves of garlic, ½ onion, 2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil.

Fry cleaned and finely chopped onion in oil at medium temperature (4) for about 5 minutes. Add peeled and chopped garlic and fry until fragrant. Add mushrooms chopped into leaves and white wine and fry until the liquid evaporates. At the end, add salt as desired. Leave to cool. Fill the rolls and wrap.


With spinach and mushrooms

Ingredients: 200g of spinach, 200g of mushrooms, 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil.

Fry peeled and finely chopped garlic in oil at a medium temperature (4) until fragrant. Add mushrooms chopped into leaves and chopped spinach and stew with a little water. At the end, add parmesan cheese and stir. Fill the rolls and wrap.


Pizza filling

Ingredients: 250g of ham or salami, 150g of cheese, ketchup, oregano.

Coat the rolls with ketchup. Put grated or diced ham or salami. Sprinkle it with grated cheese and oregano. Fill the rolls and wrap.


Savory filling 1

Ingredients: 200g of sour cream, 200g of mayonnaise, 150g of ham, 4 pickles, 1-2 tablespoons of ketchup, 100g of feta cheese.

Mix the sour cream mayonnaise in the bowl. Add chopped or grated ham, chopped pickles, ketchup and crumbled feta. Fill the rolls and wrap.


Savoury filling  2

Ingredients: 250g of ham, 150g of yellow cheese, 2 tablespoons of ajvar.

Mix grated or chopped ham, grated yellow cheese and ajvar. Fill the rolls and wrap.
