Sastojci: 580 ml ananasa (iz konzerve), 420 g piskota, 400 g kisele pavlake, 80 g šlaga u prahu, 60 g secera, 20 g vanilin secera, ½ kasicice karanfilica (u prahu).
Priprema:
0. Ocediti ananas. Iseci na kockice. Piskote iseci na pola a neke na 3 dela.
1. Pomesati kiselu pavlaku, vanilin secer i šećer.
2. U sok od ananasa umakati piškote i stavljati u casu po dve piskote.
3. Preko piškota staviti jedan red kisele pavlake.
4. Preko kisele pavlake staviti ananas.
5. Posuti sa malo karanfilica u prahu.
6. Umutiti šlag prema uputstvu sa kesice.
7. Preko ananasa staviti slag.
8. Dezert ohladiti u frizideru.
Ingredients: 580 ml of pineapple (canned), 420 g of ladyfingers (sponge fingers), 400 g of sour cream, 80 g of powdered whipped cream, 60 g of sugar, 20 g of vanilla sugar, ½ teaspoon of cloves (in powder).
Preparation:
0. Drain the pineapple. Cut into cubes. Cut the ladyfingers in half and some into 3 parts.
1. Mix sour cream, vanilla sugar and sugar.
2. Dip the ladyfingers in the pineapple juice and place two ladyfingers in the cup.
3. Place a layer of sour cream over the ladyfingers.
4. Place the pineapple over the sour cream.
5. Sprinkle with some powdered cloves.
6. Beat the whipped cream according to the instructions on the bag.
7. Put the whipped cream over the pineapple.
8. Cool the dessert in the refrigerator.
