Sastojci: 300 g lisnatog testa *, 100 g zacinjenog krem sira*, 150 g sunke (ili neki drugi delikates), 100 g rendanog kackavalja (cedar sir, Monterej dzek, kolbi, Ementaler), za premaz - 1 jaje, 1 kasika mleka, za posipanje - susam ili 50 g kackavalja (rendanog).
Priprema:
1. * Napraviti lisnato testo 1 ili lisnato testo 2.
2. Razvaljati lisnato testo na debljinju oko 0.3 cm u pravougaonik.
3. * Pripremiti zacin krem sir 1 ili zacinjen krem sir 2.
4. Premazati zacinjen krem sir.
5. Poredjati snite sunke ravnomerno.
6. Posuti sa 100 g kackavalja.
7. Preklopiti testo po duzini, na sirinu oko 7 cm. Opet preklapati tako dok ne zamotate skroz.
8. Iseci na delove sirine oko 3 cm.
9. Umutiti jaje. Dodati mleko I promesati.
10. Premazati lisnato testo.
11. Posuti ili susamom ili sa 50 g kackavalja.
12. Pleh oblozite papirom za pecenje i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C oko 25 minuta.
13. Izvaditi iz rerne I pokriti cistom kuhinjskom krpom da se malo ohladi.
Ingredients: 300 g of puff pastry *, 100 g of seasoned cream cheese*, 150 g of ham (or some other deli meat), 100 g of shredded cheese (cheddar cheese, Monterey jack, Colby, Emmental (Swiss cheese)), for coating - 1 egg, 1 tbsp of milk, for sprinkling - sesame seeds or 50 g of yellow cheese (grated).
Preparation:
1. * Make puff pastry 1 or puff pastry 2.
2. Roll out the puff pastry to a thickness of about 0.3 cm into a rectangle.
3. * Prepare seasoned cream cheese 1 or seasoned cream cheese 2.
4. Spread seasoned cream cheese.
5. Arrange the ham slices evenly.

7. Fold the dough lengthwise, to a width of about 7 cm. Fold again like this until you wrap it all the way.
8. Cut into pieces about 3 cm wide.

11. Sprinkle with either sesame seeds or 50 g of yellow cheese.
12. Cover the tray with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for about 25 minutes.
13. Remove from the oven and cover with a clean kitchen towel to cool a little.
