Sastojci: 500g pileceg mlevenog mesa, 1 sargarepa, ½ stapa celera, 1 kasika vlasca (svezeg, sitno seckanog) ili 1 kasicica suvog vlasca, brokoli, krompir pire.
Priprema:
1) Sargarepu oljustiti i iseci na komade. Celer iseci na komade. Pripremiti brokoli.
2) U blender staviti pilece mleveno meso, sargarepu, celer i vlasac. Usitniti.
3) Ruke blago namazati uljem i napraviti pljeskavice.
4) U pleh staviti papir za pecenje i poredjati pljeskavice. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C oko 15 do 20 minuta minuta ili dok ne budu gotove.
5. Obariti cvetice brokolija 8 minuta u vodi, poklopljeno, na srednjoj temperaturi (4), od momenta kljucanja. Odmah potopiti brokoli u hladnu vodu, na 3 do 4 minuta, da se zaustavi proces kuvanja.
6. Posluziti uz bareni brokoli i krompir pire.
Ingredients: 500g of minced chicken, 1 carrot, ½ stalk of celery, 1 tablespoon of chives (fresh, finely chopped) or 1 tsp dry chives, broccoli, mashed potatoes.
Preparation:
1) Peel the carrot and cut it into pieces. Cut the celery into pieces. Prepare the broccoli.
2) Put minced chicken meat, carrot, celery and chives in a blender. Chop up.
3) Grease your hands lightly with oil and make patties.
4) Put baking paper in the baking tray and line up the patties. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for about 15 to 20 minutes or until they are ready.
5. Boil broccoli florets, over medium heat (4), from the boiling point, covered, for 8 minutes. Immediately submerge broccoli in cold water, for 3 to 4 minutes, to stop the cooking process.
6) Serve with boiled broccoli and mashed potatoes.
