Sastojci: 500g brasna, 50g margarina, 50ml ulja, 100ml mleka, 100g feta sira, 180g kiselog mleka, 2 jaja, 10g praska za pecivo, 1 kasicica sode bikarbone, 2 kasike kisele pavlake, susam, suncokret, kim.
Priprema:
1) Jedno jaje odvojiti zumance i belance. Zumance sacuvajte za premazivanje kiflica. Umutiti zumance sa kiselom pavlakom i susamom.
2) Brasno prosejati. Dodati prasak za pecivo, sodu bikarbonu. Promesati.
3) Dodati jaje i belance, margarin, ulje, kiselo mleko, mleko i fetu. Dobro izmesati.
4) Na povrsinu staviti brasno, izvaditi testo i malo premeseti. Podeliti na 4 dela. Svaki deo razviti u krug. Seci na 8 delovati. Zavijati kiflice.
4) Poredjati u pleh oblozen papirom za pecenje ili namazati margarinom i blago pusti brasnom. Premazati kiflice mesavinom zumanceta, kisele pavlake I susama. Posuti suncokretom ili kimom. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C oko 30 do 45 minuta.

Preparation:
1) Separate the egg yolk and egg white from one egg. Save the egg yolk for coating the rolls. Beat egg yolk with sour cream and sesame seeds.
2) Sift the flour. Add baking powder, baking soda. Stir.
3) Add egg and egg white, margarine, oil, sour milk, milk and feta. Mix well.
4) Put flour on the surface, take out the dough and knead a little. Divide into 4 parts. Roll each part into a circle. Cut into 8 parts. Wrap the rolls.
4) Arrange in a baking tray lined with baking paper or spread with margarine and lightly dust with flour. Arrange the rolls. Coat each roll with a mixture of egg yolk, sour cream and sesame seeds. Sprinkle with sunflower or cumin. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for about 30 to 45 minutes.
