Ferero kuglice (Ferrero balls)

Moze biti vegan i za dijabeticare.

Sastojci (za 20-25 kuglica): domaca pasta od lešnika, za kuglice: 120 g mlečne čokolade, 2 kašike slatke pavlake (oko 30 ml), 50 g mlevenih pečenih lešnika, 50 g mlevenih oblandi ili mlevenog keksa (može i integralni keks), 20 celih pečenih lešnika (za sredinu kuglica), za posipanje - malo mlevenih lešnika ili kakaa u prahu.

Priprema:

1. Napraviti Domaci pastu od lešnika.

2. U manjoj posudi lagano otopiti čokoladu sa slatkom pavlakom (na pari ili u mikrotalasnoj u kratkim intervalima, mešajući).

3. Dodati domaću pastu od lešnika i mešati dok se potpuno ne sjedini.

4. U čokoladnu smesu dodati mlevene pečene lešnike i mlevene oblande ili mleveni keks. Dobro sjediniti dok se ne formira kompaktna smesa.

5. Uzimati male količine smese (oko 15 g) i oblikovati kuglice.

6. U sredinu svake kuglice staviti po ceo pečeni lešnik. Oblikovati kuglicu i, po želji, uvaljati u mlevene lešnike ili kakao prah.

7. Poslagati kuglice na tacnu i staviti u frižider na najmanje 45 minuta da se stegnu.

Napomene:

- Broj kuglica: oko 20–25, zavisno od veličine.

- Čuvanje: u frižideru do 5 do 6 dana.

- Mogu se i zamrznuti*.

Kako zamrznuti Ferero kuglice? 

Variacije:

1. Za decu: smanji količinu čokolade  i koristi integralni keks.

2. Za dijabetičare: koristi čokoladu 85% bez šećera i zaslađivač po izboru (eritritol, stevia).

3. Za vegane: koristi biljno mleko ili kokosovu slatku pavlaku i tamnu čokoladu bez mleka.

Ingredients (for 20-25 balls): homemade hazelnut paste, for the balls: 120 g of milk chocolate, 2 tablespoons of heavy cream (about 30 ml), 50 g of ground roasted hazelnuts, 50 g of ground wafers or ground biscuits (can also be a whole grain biscuit), 20 whole roasted hazelnuts (for the middle of the balls), for sprinkling - some ground hazelnuts or cocoa powder.

Preparation:

1. Make homemade hazelnut paste.

2. In a small bowl, gently melt the chocolate with the heavy cream (over steam or in the microwave in short intervals, stirring).

3. Add homemade hazelnut paste and mix until completely combined.

4. Add ground roasted hazelnuts and ground wafers or ground biscuits to the chocolate mixture. Mix well until a compact mixture is formed.

5. Take small amounts of the mixture (about 15 g) and shape into balls.

6. Put a whole roasted hazelnut in the middle of each ball. Shape into a ball and, if desired, roll in ground hazelnuts or cocoa powder.

7. Arrange the balls on a tray and put them in the fridge for at least 45 minutes to harden.

Notes:

- Number of balls: about 20–25, depending on the size.

- Storage: in the fridge for up to 5 to 6 days.

- They can also be frozen*.

How to freeze Ferrero balls?

Variations:

1. For children: reduce the amount of chocolate and use integral biscuits.

2. For diabetics: use chocolate 85% without sugar and sweetener of your choice (erythritol, stevia).

3. For vegans: use plant-based milk or coconut cream and dairy-free dark chocolate.
