Kako zamrznuti Ferero kuglice? (How to freeze Ferrero balls?)

1. Pre zamrzavanja

Nakon oblikovanja kuglica:

  • Slaži ih na tacnu ili pleh obložen papirom za pečenje
  • Ostavi ih u frižideru 1–2 sata da se stegnu

(Ovo sprečava lepljenje i deformaciju u zamrzivaču)

2. Pakovanje za zamrzavanje

Kada se stegnu:

  • Poređaj kuglice u hermetički zatvorenu posudu ili kesu za zamrzavanje
  • Ako se slažu u više slojeva, između slojeva stavi papir za pečenje
  • Dobro zatvori da ne upijaju mirise iz zamrzivača

Koliko dugo mogu da stoje u zamrzivaču?

  • Do 2 meseca – optimalno, bez promene ukusa
  • Maksimalno 3 meseca – bezbedno, ali može blago da oslabi aroma lešnika
  • Zbog čokolade i pavlake, ne preporučuje se duže čuvanje.

Odmrzavanje (veoma važno):

  • Premesti kuglice iz zamrzivača u frižider
  • Ostavi 3–4 sata da se polako odmrznu
  • Zatim drži na sobnoj temperaturi 15–20 minuta pre služenja
  • Ne odmrzavati na sobnoj temperaturi direktno, jer može doći do kondenzacije i “znojenja” čokolade.

Dodatni saveti:

  • Kuglice bez spoljne čokoladne glazure se bolje zamrzavaju
  • Ako su uvaljane u kakao, kakao dodaj ponovo nakon odmrzavanja
  • Ako su uvaljane u mlevenim lešnicima, struktura ostaje stabilna i nakon zamrzavanja.

2. Freezer packaging

When they tighten:

  • Arrange the balls in an airtight container or freezer bag

  • Close well so that they do not absorb odors from the freezer

How long can they stay in the freezer?

  • Up to 2 months - optimal, without changing the taste
  • A maximum of 3 months - safe, but it can slightly weaken the hazelnut aroma
  • Because of the chocolate and cream, longer storage is not recommended.

Defrosting (very important):

  • Move the balls from the freezer to the fridge
  • Leave for 3-4 hours to slowly thaw
  • Then keep at room temperature for 15-20 minutes before serving
  • Do not defrost directly at room temperature, as condensation and "sweating" of the chocolate may occur.

Additional tips:

  • Balls without external chocolate glaze freeze better
  • If they are rolled in cocoa, add the cocoa again after defrosting
  • If they are rolled in ground hazelnuts, the structure remains stable even after freezing
