Domaća pasta od lešnika (Homemade hazelnut paste)

Sastojci: 200 g pečenih lešnika, 1 kašika neutralnog ulja: ulje kostica grozdja ili suncokretovo ulje ili ulje uljane repice ili pirincano ulje (po potrebi), prstohvat soli.

Priprema:

1. Lešnike blendirati dok ne puste ulje i ne postanu glatka pasta. 

2. Ako je potrebno, dodati ulje I kratko blendati da se dobije kremasta masa.

Domaća pasta od lešnika je prirodan, minimalno obrađen proizvod bogate orašaste arome. Pravi se isključivo od pečenih lešnika, uz dodatak vrlo male količine neutralnog ulja samo ako je potrebno, kako bi se dobila glatka i maziva tekstura. Za razliku od industrijskih namaza, ne sadrži šećer, aditive ni hidrogenisane masti, pa zadržava pun nutritivni potencijal lešnika.
