Sastojci: 450g meda, 450g brasna, 400ml piva, 1 kasicica soda bikarbone, za fil - 150g meda, 200g oraha (seckani), 5 kasika vode, dzem.
Priprema:
1) Pomesati brasno i sodu bikarbonu. Dodati pivo i zamestit testo.
2) U manji dublji pleh staviti papir za pecenje, sipati smesu i peci u prethodno zegrejanoh rerni na 180 C. Ostaviti da se ohladi i podeliti na tri dela.
3) Na srednjoj temperaturi (4) u serpici otopiti med sa vodom. Skloniti sa sporeta. Dodati orahe i promesati.
4) Blago zagrejati dzem.
5) Kora, fil od oraha, kora, dzem, kora.
