Sastojci: 4 belanceta, 70g sunke (iseckane na kockice), 350g fete, so, 80g prezli, maslinovo ulje (za przenje).
Priprema:
1) Belanca pomesati sa malo soli i mutiti dok se ne napravi cvrst sneg. Dok mutite postepeno dodavati sunku, sir (prethodno izgnjecen viljuskom) i prezle.
2) Sve dobro izmesati. Ulje zagrejati i kasikom vaditi knedle i prziti.
Predlog 1: od zumanaca mozete napraviti krem od zumanaca.
Predlog 2: ili mozete napraviti Slane stapice sa krompirom.
Ingredients: 4 egg whites, 70g ham (chopped into cubes), ??350g feta cheese, 80g of breadcrumbs, olive oil (for frying).
Preparation:

Suggestion 1: from egg yolks you can make egg yolks cream.
Suggestion 2: or you can make Salted sticks with potatoes.
