Sok od cvekle s medom (Beetroot juice with honey)



Sok od cvekle s medom je nutritivno bogat napitak koji može doprineti boljoj cirkulaciji i izdržljivosti zbog prirodnih nitrata iz cvekle, dok antioksidansi i vitamin C iz limuna podržavaju opšte zdravlje i imunitet, a med i šećer daju brzu energiju, pa se najčešće koristi kao povremeno energetsko “pojacanje”, ali ga treba piti umereno zbog visokog sadržaja prirodnih i dodatih šećera.

Sastojci: 8 cvekli, 125g meda, 2-3 kasike secera, sok od 1 1/2 limuna.

Priprema: 
1) Cveklu skuvati, oljustiti i izrendati. Posuti secerom i ostaviti da stoji 45 minuta.
2) Procediti kroz cediljki, dodati med i sok od limuna. promesati.
