Sastojci: 220g badema (prepecenih), 4 kašike kakao praha (nezaslađenog), 4 kašike meda, 2 kašike kokosovog ulja (otopljenog), po potrebi malo vode, za valjanje - kokosovo brašno ili mleveni ili seckani bademi.
Priprema:
1. Stavite bademe u procesor hrane. Pulsirajte dok se bademi ne pretvore u grubu smesu.
2. Dodati kakao prah, med i kokosovo ulje.
3. Nastavite da pulsirate sve dok se ne formira veoma gusta smesa.
Spustite spatulom smesu sa strane nekoliko puta.
3. Dodajte kapi vode ili više meda da smesa postane glatka, ali pazite da ne dodate previše.
4. Smesu uzimati kašikom i formirati male loptice.
5. Uvaljajte u kokosovo brašno ili mlevene ili seckane bademe.
6. Čuvati u hermetički zatvorenoj posudi.
Sastojci: 220g almonds (toasted), 4 tablespoons cocoa powder (unsweetened), 4 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted), a little water if needed, for coating - coconut flour or ground or chopped almonds.
Preparation:
1. Put almonds into a food processor. Pulse until almonds turn into a coarse meal.
2. Add in cocoa powder, honey, and coconut oil. 3. Continue pulsing until a very thick mixture forms.
Scrape down the sides a few times.
3. Add in drops of water or more honey to get the mixture smooth but be careful not to add too much.
4. Take mixture with a spoon and form small balls.
5. Roll in coconut flour or ground or chopped almonds. 6. Store in an airtight container.
