Limun maslinovo ulje (Lemon olive oil)

 Sastojci: 1 limun, 200ml maslinovog ulja.

Priprema:

1) Oprati limun. U serpu sipati vodu i pustiti da prokljuca. U cediljku staviti limun i preliti sa prokljucalom vodom. Preliti limun sa hladnom vodom sa cesme. Ostaviti da se kratko ohladi, desetak sekundi. Cetkicom za citruse izribati limun. Poredjati na papirni ubrus i ostaviti da se osusi ili obrisati papirnim ubrusom.

2) Nozem ili ljustilicom oljustiti limun na trake. Skinuti koru limuna ali bez belog (gorkog) dela. 

3) U serpicu staviti kore limuna i maslinovo ulje i zagrejati na srednje niskoj (3) ili niskoj temperaturi (2)  vodeci racuna da ne prokljuca ili krcka. Zagrevati 10 minuta. Skloniti sa sporeta.

4) Poklopiti i ostaviti da se ohladi. 

5) Procediti.

6) Sipati ulje u flasu ili teglu sa poklopcem koji se dobro zatvara. Dobro zatvoriti.

7) Cuvati u frizideru.

Ingredients: 1 lemon, 200ml olive oil.

Preparation:

1) Wash the lemon. Pour water into the pot and let it boil. Put a lemon in a strainer and pour over with boiling water. Pour lemon with cold tap water. Allow to cool briefly, about ten seconds. Scrub the lemon with a citrus brush. Arrange on a paper towel and allow to dry or wipe with a paper towel.

2) Peel a lemon into strips with a knife or peeler. Peel a lemon, but without the white (bitter) part.

3) Put lemon peel and olive oil in a saucepan and heat on medium low (3) or low temperature (2) taking care not to boil or simmer. Heat for 10 minutes. Remove from the stove.

4) Cover and allow to cool.

5) Strain.

6) Pour the oil into a bottle or jar with a lid that closes well. Close well.

7) Store in the refrigerator.
