Sastojci: 250g masti (sobbne temperature), 400g brasna, 150g oraha (mlevenih), 1 jaje, 80g secera u prahu, 10g vanilin secera, 10g praska za pecivo, 1 kasicica sode bikarbone, 2 kasike ekstrakt ruma.
Priprema:
1. Umutiti mast, secer i vanilin secer dok ne postane kremasto.
2. Dodati jaje, rum, prasak za pecivo i sodu bikarbonu i dobro umutiti.
3. Dodati orahe i postepeno dodavati brasno, zamesiti testo ssrednje mekoce.
4. Praviti kuglice velicine oraha.
5. Poredjati u pleh oblozen papirom za pecenje praveci razmak izmedju njih,. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C oko 15 minuta.
6. Cuvati u kutiji.
Ingredients: 250g of lard (room temperature), 400g of flour, 150g of walnuts (ground), 1 egg, 80g of powdered sugar, 10g of vanilla sugar, 10g of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 2 tablespoons of rum extract.
Preparation:
1. Beat lard, sugar and vanilla sugar until it becomes creamy.
2. Add egg, rum, baking powder and baking soda and beat well.
3. Add walnuts and gradually add flour, knead a medium-soft dough.
4. Make walnut-sized balls.
5. Arrange in a tray lined with baking paper, making a space between them. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for about 15 minutes.
6. Store in a box.
