Sastojci: 500ml slatke pavlake, 400ml jogurta, 500g malina, 50g secera u prahu, 20g zelatina, 100g pistaca (sirovih).
Priprema:
1. Izgnjeciti maline. Ocediti u cediljci. U malo vode otopiti zelatin.
2. Mikserom umutiti slatku pavlaku i jogurt.
3. Dodati zelatin i promesati.
4. Dodati secer u prahu i kratko mutiti mikserom.
5. Dodati maline i pistace i promesati kasikom.
6. Sipati u dublju i siru posudu i staviti u zamrzivac.
Predlog: umesto malina mozete koristiti i neko drugo sveze voce.
Ingredients: 500ml heavy cream, 400ml buttermilk, 500g raspberries, 50g powdered sugar, 20g gelatin, 100g pistachios (raw).
Preparation:
1. Mash the raspberries. Drain in a colander. Dissolve the gelatin in a little water.
2. Beat the heavy cream and yogurt with a mixer.
3. Add gelatin and stir.
4. Add powdered sugar and mix briefly with a mixer.
5. Add raspberries and pistachios and stir with a spoon.
6. Pour into a deep and wide container and put in the freezer.
Suggestion: instead of raspberries, you can use some other fresh fruit.
