Sastojci: 500g kora za pitu, 100g oraha mlevenih, 100g oraha seckanih, 1 kg spanaca - sitno seckanog, tahini, 2 praziluka, 5 struka vlasca, 1 veza lista persuna (svezeg), 1 veza mirodjije (sveze), 2 kasike griza.
Priprema:
1. Praziluk oljustiti i iseci na kocke. Vlasac sitno iseckati. Tahini razmutiti u mlakoj vodi.
2. Pomesati spanac, praziluk, persun i mirodjiju. Dodati ostatak griza i sjediniti.
3. Pleh namazati sa tahinijem i posuti sa malo griza.
4. U pleh staviti jednu koru, poprskati sa malo vode, premazati tahinijem i posuti orasima. Ponoviti i sa drugom korom. Na trecu koru staviti fil od spanaca. Ponoviti postupak dok se ne utrose kore i fil - prvo tahini i orasi pa fil.
6. Pitu iseci na kocke i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C.
Ingredients: 500g of phyllo dough, 100g of ground walnuts, 100g of chopped walnuts, 1 kg of spinach - finely chopped, tahini, 2 leeks, 5 bunches of chives, 1 bunch of parsley (fresh), 1 bunch of dill (fresh), 2 tablespoons of semolina.
Preparation:
1. Peel the leeks and cut it into cubes. Finely chop the chives. Dissolve the tahini in lukewarm water.
2. Mix spinach, leeks, parsley and dill. Add the rest of semolina and combine.
3. Grease the tray with tahini and sprinkle with some semolina.
4. Place one crust in a baking tray, sprinkle with a little water, coat with tahini and sprinkle with walnuts. Repeat with the second crust. Place the spinach filling on the third crust. Repeat the process until the phyllo dough and filling are used up - first tahini and walnuts, then the filling.
6. Cut the pie into cubes and bake in a preheated oven at 180 C.
