Sastojci: 1,5 kg orade, 1,5 kg krompira, 200 ml belog vina, 150 ml maslinovog ulja, 3 cena belog luka, 1 kasika ruzmarina sveze seckanog, sok od jednog limuna, 1 kasika mediteranskog zacina, biber i so.
Priprema:
1. Oradu posoliti i pobiberiti.
2. Krompir oljustite i isecite na cetvrtine. Posoliti i preliti sa 3 kasike maslinovog ulja.
3. U pleh ili vatrostalnu posudu staviti krompir. Odozgo staviti ribu. Pokriti folijom.
4, Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C oko 50 minuta. Svakih 15 minuta, ribu prelivati s malo maslinovog ulja.
5. Za preliv: pomesati belo vino, 2 kasike maslinovog ulja, ruzmarin, beli luk, sok od limuna i mediteranski zacin i malo tecnosti iz pleha u kojem se pece riba.
6. Kad je riba pecena, preliti i servirati.
Ingredients: 1.5 kg of sea bream, 1.5 kg of potatoes, 200 ml of white wine, 150 ml of olive oil, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of fresh chopped rosemary, juice of one lemon, 1 tablespoon of Mediterranean spice, pepper and salt.
Preparation:
1. Salt and pepper the sea bream.
2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into quarters. Season with salt and cover with 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
3. Place the potatoes in a baking tray or oven-proof dish. Put the fish on top. Cover with foil.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for about 50 minutes. Every 15 minutes, cover the fish with a little olive oil.
5. For the dressing: mix white wine, 2 spoons of olive oil, rosemary, garlic, lemon juice and Mediterranean spice and a little liquid from the pan in which the fish is baked.
6. When the fish is baked, pour it over and serve.
