Sastojci: 5 jaja, 200g cottage sira, 100g bademovog brasna, 50g cia semenki, 50g suncokreta, 50g lana, 20g kokosovog brasna, 50g psilijuma, 10g praska za pecivo, 2 kasike jabukovog sirceta i 3g soli.
Priprema:
1. U ciniji pomesati bademovo brasno, prasak za pecivo, psilijum i so. Viljuskom umutiti jaja.
2. Dodati semenke lana, suncokreta, cia semenke i kokosovo brasno. Promesati.
3. Dodati jogurt, jaja i jabukovo sirce i promesati jos jednom.
4. U kalup za hleb staviti papir za pecenje. Sipati smesu i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 185 C oko 40 minuta.
Napomena: ako nemate kalup za hleb, oblikovati veknu, staviti na papir za pecenje u obican pleh i peci.
Ingredients: 5 eggs, 200g of cottage cheese, 100g of almond flour, 50g of chia seeds, 50g of sunflower seeds, 50g of flax seeds, 20g of coconut flour, 50g of psyllium, 10g of baking powder, 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and 3g of salt.
Preparation:
1. Mix almond flour, baking powder, psyllium and salt in a bowl. Beat the eggs with a fork.
2. Add flax seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds and coconut flour. Stir.
3. Add cottage cheese, eggs and apple cider vinegar and mix once more.
4. Put baking paper in the bread pan. Pour the mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 185 C for about 40 minutes.
Note: if you don't have a bread mold, shape the loaf, place it on baking paper in a regular baking tray and bake.
