Sastojci: 700g papalina, 2 paradajza, 3 paprike, 1 crni luk, 1 limun, 1 kasika bosiljka (svezeg, seckanog) ili 1 kasicica suvog, 1 kasika ruzmarina (svezeg, seckanog) ili 1 kasicica suvog, 2 kasike lista persuna (svezeg, seckanog) ili 1 kasicica suvog, so i maslinovo ulje.
Priprema:
1. Paradajz, paprike i crni luk oljustiti i iseci na kocke. Iscediti sok od limuna, meso limuna usitniti i narendati koru.
2. U tiganj na malo maslinovog ulja staviti crni luk i prziti dok ne porumeni. Dodati papaline, paradajz, papriku, limun - meso i koru, bosiljak, ruzmarin i persun. Preliti vodom za 2 cm i kuvati na srednjoj temperaturi (4) oko 30 minuta dok riba ne bude gotova.
3. Zaciniti sokom od limuna.
Ingredients: 700g European sprat, 2 tomatoes, 3 peppers, 1 onion, 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon basil (fresh, chopped) or 1 teaspoon dry, 1 tablespoon rosemary (fresh, chopped) or 1 teaspoon dry, 2 tablespoons parsley (fresh, chopped) or 1 teaspoon dry, salt and olive oil.
Preparation:
1. Peel the tomatoes, peppers and onions and cut them into cubes. Squeeze the lemon juice, chop the lemon flesh and grate the peel.
2. Put the onion in a pan with a little olive oil and fry until golden brown. Add sprat, tomatoes, peppers, lemon - meat and peel, basil, rosemary and parsley. Cover with water by 2 cm and cook at medium temperature (4) for about 30 minutes until the fish is done.
3. Season with lemon juice.
