Sastojci: 3 krompira, 3 sargarepe, 250g kikirikija (suvo pecenog), 2 cena belog luka, 1 kasicica senfa, so, biber.
Priprema:
1. Krompir i sargarepu oljustiti i iseci na manje komade.
2. U serpu staviti krompir, naliti vodu i pustiti da prokljuca na (6). Smanjiti na srednju temperaturu (4) i kuvati 15 minuta.
3. Dodati sargarepu i kuvati jos desetak minuta.
4. U blender staviti krompir sargarepu, beli luk i senf. Posoliti i pobiberiti po ukusu. Izblendirati.
Ingredients: 3 potatoes, 3 carrots, 250g of peanuts (dry roasted), 2 cloves of garlic, 1 teaspoon of mustard, salt, pepper.
Preparation:
1. Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut them into smaller pieces.
2. Put the potatoes in a saucepan, pour water and let it boil at (6). Reduce to medium temperature (4) and cook for 15 minutes.
3. Add the carrots and cook for another ten minutes.
4. Put potatoes, carrots, garlic and mustard in a blender. Salt and pepper to taste. Blend.
