Sastojci: 100g bademovog brasna, 3 jaja (sobne temperature), 150g mesanih semenki (suncokret, semenke bundeve - golica, susam), 150ml jogurta, 50g lana, 12g psilijuma, 10g kasicice praska za pecivo i 3g soli.
Priprema:
1. U ciniji pomesati bademovo brasno, prasak za pecivo, psilijum i so. Viljuskom umutiti jaja.
2. Dodati mesane semenke i lan. Promesati.
3. Dodati jogurt i jaja i promesati jos jednom.
4. U kalup za hleb staviti papir za pecenje. Sipati smesu i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 185 C oko 40 minuta.
Napomena: ako nemate kalup za hleb, oblikovati veknu, staviti na papir za pecenje u obican pleh i peci.
Ingredients: 100g almond flour, 3 eggs (room temperature), 150g mixed seeds (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds), 150ml buttermilk, 50g flax seeds, 12g psyllium, 10g teaspoon baking powder and 3g salt.
Preparation:
1. Mix almond flour, baking powder, psyllium and salt in a bowl. Beat the eggs with a fork.
2. Add mixed seeds and flax. Stir.
3. Add buttermilk and eggs and mix once more.
4. Put baking paper in the bread pan. Pour the mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 185 C for about 40 minutes.
Note: if you don't have a bread mold, shape the loaf, place it on baking paper in a regular baking tray and bake.
