Sastojci: 20 kasika brasna - punih, 80g mlevenih oraha, 80g seckanih oraha, 80g marmelade, 400 ml vode mlake, 10g praska za pecivo, za premaz: 80g dzema, 80g seckanih oraha.
Priprema:
1. Pomesati brasno i prasak za pecivo.
2. Sipati mlaku vodu u ciniju, dodati marmeladu i secer i umutiti.
3. Dodati orahe mlevene i seckane i cimet. Sve dobro sjediniti.
4. Sipati u pravougaoni pleh oblozen papirom za pecenje.
5. Lupiti plehom od sto nekoliko puta da izadje visak vazduha.
6. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C 40-50 minuta.
Napomena: testo ce biti redje.
