Sastojci: 250g oraha, 3 cena belog luka (ociscen), sok od limuna, 125g tahinija, 2 kasike bosiljka (svezeg), prstohvat kurkume, 100-200ml vode.
Priprema:
1. U blender staviti orahe i limunov sok i blendirati.
2. Dodati beli luk i blendirati.
3. Dodati tahini, bosiljak, kurkumu i malo vode pa blendirati postepeno dodajuci vodu.
Ingredients: 250g of walnuts, 3 cloves of garlic (peeled), lemon juice, 125g of tahini, 2 tablespoons of basil (fresh), a pinch of turmeric, 100-200ml of water.
Preparation:
1. Put walnuts and lemon juice in a blender and blend.
2. Add garlic and blend.
3. Add tahini, basil, turmeric and a little water and blend gradually adding water.
