Sastojci: 600g krompira, 300g soja ljuspica, 1 glavica crnog luka, 1/2 kasicice vegete, biber, 2 kasike ulja, kore za pitu, prst vodoravno ulja, prst uspravno vode.
Priprema:
1. Krompir oljustiti i izrendati. Sojine ljuspice potopiti u toplu vodu. Kada nabubri, ocediti. Crni luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati.
2. U serpu sipati vodu, dodati krompir i skuvati. Ostaviti da se prohladi.
3. Pomesati krompir i sojine ljuspice.
4. Dodati crni luk, ulje, vegetu i biber i promesati.
5. Staviti jednu koru, namazati mesavinom ulja i vode. Staviti drugu koru. Namazati s filom. Umotati rolnu. Iseci na 7-8 cm duzine. Ponoviti dok se ne potrose kore i fil.
6. U pleh staviti pair za pecenje. Poredjati pitice i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C.
Ingredients: 600g of potatoes, 300g of soybean flakes, 1 onion, 1/2 teaspoon of vegetable seasoning, pepper, 2 tablespoons of oil, pie crust, a finger of oil horizontally, a finger of water vertically.
Preparation:
1. Peel and grate the potatoes. Soak the soybean flakes in warm water. When it swells, drain. Peel and finely chop the onion.
2. Pour water into a saucepan, add potatoes and cook. Leave to cool.
3. Mix potatoes and soy flakes.
4. Add onion, oil, vegetable seasoning and pepper and stir.
5. Put one crust, spread it with a mixture of oil and water. Put the second crust. Spread with filling. Wrap the roll. Cut into 7-8 cm lengths. Repeat until the crusts and filling are used up.
6. Put a baking paper in a baking tray. Arrange the pies. Spray with oil and add a little salt. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C.
