Sastojci: 400g tune iz konzerve (u komadu), 120ml majoneza, 3 kasike seckanog peršunovog lista, 6 kasika prezli s zacinima, 2 kasicice senfa, 80ml maslinovog ulja, biber.
Priprema:
1. Tunu ocediti.
2. Dodati majonez prezle, senf, persun i biber. Sve dobro sjediniti.
3. Podelite na cetiri dela i oblikovati pljeskavice.
4. U tiganju zagrejati maslinovo ulje i pecite ih nekoliko minuta sa obe strane dok ne dobiju braon boju.
5. Posluziti uz sveze povrce s integralnim zemickama
Ingredients: 400g canned tuna (in pieces), 120ml mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons chopped parsley, 6 tablespoons breadcrumbs with spices, 2 teaspoons mustard, 80ml olive oil, pepper.
Preparation:
1. Drain the tuna.
2. Add breadcrumb, mayonnaise, mustard, parsley and pepper. Combine everything well.
3. Divide into four parts and form patties.
4. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry them for a few minutes on both sides until they turn brown.
5. Serve with fresh vegetables and Integral bread rolls.
