Kolac sa visnjama (Cake with sour cherries)

Juicy and soft homemade cake with cherries that combines a light dough and a refreshing fruit aroma. It is easy to prepare and is great for family moments, with coffee or as a light summer dessert.


Preparation time: 20-30 minutes.

Baking time: 35–45 minutes.

Cooling time: 30-60 minutes.

Total time: 1 h 25 - 2 h 15 minutes.

Ingredients:
5 eggs, 200g sugar, 100g butter (100 ml of oil), 200g flour, 750g - 1 kg of sour cherries (cherries), 1/2 cup sugar, 1 vanilla sugar (10g) or 1-2 tablespoons of vanilla extract, powdered sugar


Preparation:
1. Whisk eggs with sugar, add butter (oil) and flour.
2. Combine well, pour into a greased pan and bake.
3. Mix sour cherries (cherries) with 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla sugar.
4. When the cake is half-baked cover with sour cherries (cherries) and return to oven to bake thoroughly.
5. Cooled cake sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Storage and shelf life:

Store the cake in a covered container at room temperature for up to 2 days or in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.

  • Drain the sour cherries well before adding so that the cake does not become too moist.

Sočan i mekan domaći kolač sa višnjama koji spaja lagano testo i osvežavajuću voćnu aromu. Jednostavno se priprema i odličan je za porodične trenutke, uz kafu ili kao lagani letnji dezert.


Vreme pripreme: 20-30 minuta.
Vreme pečenja: 35–45 minuta.

Vreme hlađenja: 30-60 minuta.
Ukupno vreme: 1 h 25 - 2 h 15 minuta.


Oznake: za dezert, za vegetarijance.


Sastojci: 5 jaja, 200g secera, 100g margarina (100 ml ulja), 200g brasna, 750g - 1 kg visnji (tresnji), 1/2 solje secera, 1 vanilin secer (10g) ili 1-2 kašičice vanila ekstrakta, secer u prahu

Priprema:
1. Umutiti jaja sa secerom, dodati margarin (ulje) i brasna.
2. Dobro sjediniti, sipati u podmazan pleh i peci.
3. Visnje (tresnje) pomesati sa pola solje secera i vanilin secerom.
4. Kada je upola peceno prekriti sa visnjama (tresnjama) i vratiti u rernu da se dopece.
5. Ohladjen kolac posuti secerom u prahu.

Čuvanje i rok trajanja:
Čuvajte kolač u posudi sa poklopcem na sobnoj temperaturi do 2 dana ili u frižideru do 4 dana.

Saveti:
  • Višnje dobro ocedite pre dodavanja kako kolač ne bi postao previše vlažan.
  • Ako koristite zamrznute višnje, odmrznite ih i uklonite višak soka.
  • Poslužite uz  umucen šlag ili kuglu sladoleda od vanile za dodatni užitak.

Čačkalica zabodena u sredinu treba da izađe suva ili sa nekoliko sitnih mrvica.
