Sastojci: 100g susama, 200ml vode, 1 manja glavica crnog luka (izrendan), 2 cena belog luka (izgnjecen), so, biber, 100ml maslinovog ulja.
Priprema:
1) Susam kratko proprziti na ulju, naliti vodom, posoliti i kuvati oko 20 minuta, na srednjoj temperaturi
2) Izmiksirati. Dodati crni luk i beli luk. Zaciniti biberom i dobro rashladiti pre serviranja.
Predlog: mozete napraviti Libijski krem od susama.
Ingredients: 100g sesame, 200ml water, 1 small onion (grated), 2 cloves of garlic (squeeze), salt, pepper, 100ml of olive oil
Preparation:
1) Fry sesame shorthly in oil, add water, salt and cook about 20 minutes, over medium temperature.
2) Blend in food processor. Add onion and garlic. Season with pepper and refrigerate well before serving.
Suggestion: you can make Libyan sesame cream.
