Preliv od cokolade (Chocolate topping)


Sastojci: 80g cokolade, 500 ml vode, 6 zumanaca, 70g secera, 1 sipka vanile.

Priprema:
1) Kuvati cokoladu sa vodom uz konstantno mesanje. Kad provri skinuti sa sporeta i ostaviti da se ohladi.
2) Umutiti zumanca sa secerom i vanilom, pa dodati prethodnoj smesi i ponovo kuvati dok se ne zgusne.

Ingredients: 80g of chocolate, 500 ml of water, 6 egg yolks, 70g sugar, 1 bar of vanilla.

Preparation:
1) Cook chocolate in water constantly stirring. When it boils remove from heat and leave to cool.
2) Whisk egg yolks with sugar and vanilla, then add to the previous mixture, and cook again until it thickens.

Preliv od visanja (Sour cherries topping)


Sastojci: 280g secera, 100ml vode, 300g ociscenih visanja, 500ml crnog vina, 5g cimeta.

Priprema:
1) Kuvati secer sa vodom oko 10 minuta. Zatim dodati visnje, ali skidati penu dok kuvate. Posle 10 minuta dodati vino i cimet i kuvati jos 5 minuta.

Ingredients: 280g sugar, 100ml water, 300g cleaned cherries, 500ml of black wine, 5g cinnamon.

Preparation:
1) Cook sugar with water about 10 minutes. Then add the cherries, remove the foam while you are cooking. After 10 minutes add the wine and cinnamon and cook another 5 minutes.

Preliv od pomorandzi (Orange topping)


Sastojci: 180g secera, 50ml vode, 200ml soka od pomorandze (sveze iscedjen), 25ml soka od limuna, 9 zumanaca.

Priprema:
1) U serpi kuvati vodu i secer oko 10 minuta. Ohladiti pa dodati sok od pomorandze i limuna i zumanca pa kuvajte dok se ne zgusne.

Ingredients: 180g sugar, 50ml water, 200ml orange juice (freshly squashed), 25ml of lemon juice, 9 egg yolks.

Preparation:
1) In a saucepan cook sugar and water about 10 minutes. Cool and add orange and lemon juice and egg yolks and cook until it thickens.

Preliv od jagoda (Strawberry topping)


Sastojci: 500g jagoda, 3 kasike secera, 100ml vode.

Priprema: 
1) Izgnjeciti jagode, dodati secer i vodu pa kuvati na umerenoj temperaturi. Skidati penu za vreme kuvanja.

Ingredients: 500g strawberries, 3 tablespoons sugar, 100ml water.

Preparation:
1) Mash strawberries with fork, add sugar and water and cook on medium heat. Remove the foam during cooking.

Krofne od griza (Semolina donuts)


Sastojci: 250m + 125ml mleka, 30g margarina, malo soli, 20g vanilin secera, kasicica limunovog soka, 140g griza, 1 kasika ulja, 1 jaje, malo soli, ulje. 300g jagoda (ili zamrznutih), 2 kasike secera, 100ml vode, slag.

Priprema: 
1) U serpu, staviti mleko, margarin, 10g vanilin secera, limunov sok i stavite da provri. Dodati griz i uz stalno mesanje kuvati 2 minuta.
2) Blago podmazite pleh, sipajte griz i ostaviti da se ohladi.
3) Odvojiti belance od zumanca, a od ulja, soli, mleka, zumanca i brasna napraviti gusto testo. Belance pomesati sa 10g vanilin secera i ulupati. Pomesati sa prethodnom smesom.
4) Modlama vaditi loptice, umociti u testo i przite na vrelom ulju dok porumene, oko 3 minuta.
5) Za sos - ispasirajte jagode. Staviti vodu da prokuva sa secerom, dodati jagode i kuvati par minuta.
6) Krofne sluziti uz sos od jagoda i slagom.

Ingredients: 250 + 125ml milk, 30g butter, salt, 20g vanilla sugar, one tablespoon lemon juice, 140g semolina, 1 tablespoon oil, 1 egg, pinch of salt, oil. 300g strawberries (or frozen), 2 tablespoons sugar, 100ml water, whipped cream.

Preparation:
1) In a saucepan, place milk, margarine, 10g vanilla sugar, lemon juice and put to boil. Add the semolina and cook with constantly stirring  for 2 minutes.
2) Slightly grease baking sheet, pour the semolina and leave to cool.
3) Separate egg white from egg yolk. Mix oil, salt, milk, egg yolk and flour to make a thick dough. Mix egg whites with 10g vanilla sugar and whip. Mix with the previous mixture.
4) Remove balls with cookie cutter, dip into the dough and fry in hot oil until golden brown, about 3 minutes.
5) For the sauce - Mash strawberries with fork. Put water to boil with sugar, add the strawberries and cook a few minutes.
6) Serve dounuts with strawberry sauce and whipped cream.

Punjeni jecmeni hleb (Stuffed barley bread)


Sastojci: 500g jecmenog brasna, 40g kvasca, 1 kasicica secera, 250ml mleka, 1 kasicica soli, 500g sira, 2 solje mladog luka (listovi), 3-4 kasika paradajz sosa, so, biber, 1 belance, 50g jecmenih pahuljica, 2 tvrda kuvana jaja.

Priprema:
1) U solju staviti malo mlakog mleka, kvasac i secer i jednu kasiku brasna. Ostaviti da nadodje.
2) Pomesati brasno sa kvascem i solju i umesiti testo. Ostaviti 1 sat da nadodje.
3) Mladi luk sitno iseckati pa pomesati sa 250g sira. U drugi deo sira dodati paradajz sos. Ostaviti u frizider..
4) Ponovo premesite testo (minimum 15 minuta), formirati veknu  i ostavite da opet nadodje - 30 minuta.
5) Rernu zagrejati na 220 stepeni. Podmazati pleh, posuti s malo brasna, staviti hleb, premazatiumucenim belancetom, posuti jecmenim pahuljicama i peci 10 minuta, a zatim smanjiti na 200 stepeni i peci jos 35-40 minuta.
6) Kada se ohladi preseci ga dva puta po duzini, prvi sloj premazati sirom sa mladim lukom, a drugi sirom sa paradajzom. Poklopiti trecim delom hleba.

Ingredients: 500g barley flour, 40g of yeast, 1 tespoon sugar, 250ml milk, 1 teasponn salt, 500g cheese, 2 cups green onions (leaves), 3-4 tablespoons of tomato ketchup, salt, pepper, 1 egg white, 50g barley flakes, 2 hard cooked eggs.

Preparation:
1) Put sugar in lukewarm milk, add yeast and one spoonful of flour. Set aside to rise.
2) Mix flour with yeast and salt and then knead the dough. Allow 1 hour to rise.
3) Chop onions finely and mix with 250g of cheese. In the 250g of cheese add tomato sauce. Leave in the fridge.
4) Knead again dough (minimum 15 minutes), form a loaf and let it rise again - 30 minutes.
5) Preheat oven to 220 degrees. Grease baking sheet, sprinkle with a little flour, place bread, spread with beaten egg white, sprinkle with barley flakes and bake for 10 minutes, then reduce to 200 degrees and bake for another 35-40 minutes.
6) When cool cut it twice lengthwise, spread evenly first layer with cheese with onions, and other layer with cheese with tomatoes. Top with third layer of bread.

Zlatni sok (Golden juice)


Sastojci: 150ml sok od pomorandze (sveze iscedjen), sok od pola limuna, 50ml slatke pavlake, 5-10 kapi sirupa od ribizli, kockice leda.

Priprema:
1) U casi pomesati sok od pomorandze i limuna, dodati pavlaku i par kapi sirupa od ribizle. Dobro izmesati i sluziti sa kockicama leda.

Ingredients: 150ml orange juice (freshly squashed), the juice of half a lemon, 50ml of heavy cream, 5-10 drops of blackcurrant syrup, ice cubes.

Preparation:
1) Mix in a glass orange and lemon juice, add sweet cream and a few drops of blackcurrant syrup. Stir well and serve with ice cubes.

Sok od kivija i pomorandze (Orange and Kiwi juice)


Sastojci: 2 kivija, 200ml soka od pomorandze (sveze iscedjen).

Priprema:
1) Oljustite kivi, iseckati na kockice ubaciti u blender, dodati sok od pomorandze i izmiksati.
2) Sipati u case i ukrasiti kockicama kivija.

Ingredients: 2 kiwis, 200ml orange juice (freshly squashed).

Preparation:
1) Peel fruit, cut into cubes put in a blender, add orange juice and blend.
2) Pour into glasses and garnish with diced kiwi.

Sok od pomorandze i visnje (Orange and cherry juice)


Sastojci: 100ml soka od pomorandze (sveze iscedjen), sok od pola limuna, 100ml soka od visnje, 5-7 komada visnji, kockice leda.

Priprema: 
1) U blender, sipati sok od visnje, dodati visnje i izmiksati.
2) U casu, sipati sok od pomorandze i limuna, dodati miks od visnje i kockice leda.

Ingredients: 100ml orange juice (freshly squashed), the juice of half a lemon, 100ml cherry juice, 5-7 pieces of cherry, ice cubes.

Preparation:
1) In a blender, pour cherry juice, add cherries and blend.
2) In a glass, pour the orange and lemon juice, add a mix of cherries and ice cubes.

Kolac od breskvi i kajsija (Peaches and apricots cake)


Sastojci: 4-5 breskvi, 10-12 kajsija, 2x40g pudinga od vanile (u prahu), 8 kasika secera, 2x10g vanilin secera, 1 L vode, petit ber keks (ili bilo koji drugi obican keks), slag (opciono).

Priprema:
1) U dve cinije, sipati po 100ml vode, dodati puding i dobro promesati.
2) Breskve i kajsije oprati, izvaditi kostice i izgnjeciti.
3) Ostatak vode, po 400ml sipati u dve serpe i u svaku dodati po 4 kasike secera i po jedan vanilin secer i kuvati. Kad provri dodati  kajsije i breskve i kuvati 2-3 minuta, zatim dodati puding i kuvati dok se zgusne.
4) U pleh poredjati red keksa, preko toga preliti fil od bresaka, opet red keksa i onda fil od kajsija.
5) Opciono - staviti slag preko fila od kajsija.

Ingredients: 4-5 peaches, 10-12 apricots, 2x40g vanilla pudding (powder), 8 tablespoons of sugar, 2x10g vanilla sugar, 1 L of water, plan biscuits (or any other plain cookies), whipped cream (optional).

Preparation:
1) In two bowl, pour 100ml water, add the pudding and stir well.
2) Wash peachs and apricots, and remove the stone.
3) Rest of the water, pour in two saucepans, 400ml each, add 4 tablespoons of sugar and a vanilla sugar and cook. When it boils add the apricots and peaches, and cook for 2-3 minutes, then add the pudding and cook until it thickens.
4) In a baking pan place one layer of biscuits, then pour over peaches filling, place another layer biscuits and then filling of apricots.
5) Optional - put cream over filling of apricots.
