Sastojci: 3 banana, 3x 1/2 avokada, 3x saka spanaca (sirovog), 3x 2 kasike ovsenih pahuljica, 3x 30g proteina, 3x 250g smrznutog mesanog bobicastog voca (maline, jagode, kupine, borovnice, brusnice (ili suve), aronija), 3x 250ml vode, 3x 3 do 4 kocke leda.
Priprema:
1) Bananu oljustiti i iseci na kolutove. Avokado oljustiti, izvaditi kosticu i iseci na kocke. Spanac oprati, otresti od vode i ostaviti da se osusi.
2) U plasticnu kesu staviti jednu bananu, 1/2 avokada, saku spanaca, 2 kasike ovsenih pahuljica. Ponoviti postupak jos dva puta, za sledeca dva dana.
3) U blender staviti sastojke iz kese. Dodati protein, smrznuto bobicasto voce, vodu i kocke leda. Izblendirati.
Ingredients: 3 bananas, 3x 1/2 avocado, 3x bags of spinach (raw), 3x 2 tablespoons oat flakes, 3x 30g protein, 3x 250g frozen mixed berries (raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, cranberries (or dried), chokeberry), 3x 250ml water, 3x 3 to 4 ice cubes.
Preparation:
1) Peel a banana and cut it into rings. Peel an avocado, remove pit and cut it into cubes. Wash the spinach, shake off the water and leave to dry.
2) Put one banana, 1/2 avocado, a handful of spinach, 2 tablespoons of oatmeal in a plastic bag. Repeat the procedure two more times, for the next two days.
3) Put the ingredients from the bag in the blender. Add protein, frozen mixed berries, water and ice cubes. Izblendirati.
