Sastojci: 500ml jogurta (sobne temperature).
Priprema:
1) Sipati jogurt u bokal, pokriti gazom i ostaviti 10 sati da stoji na sobnoj temperaturi.
2) Sipati u modle za led i staviti u zamrzivac.
Jedna kocka odgovara 30g kulture.
Mozete koristiti za pravljenje kisele pavlake, cedar sir i sirevi nize temperature.
Ingredients: 500ml buttermilk (room temperature).
Preparation:
1) Pour the buttermilk into the jug, cover with gauze and allow to stand at room temperature for 10 hours.
2) Pour into ice molds and place in freezer.
One cube corresponds to 30g of culture.
You can use it to make sour cream, cedar cheese and lower temperature cheeses.
