Sastojci: 6 jabuka, 100g ovsenih pajuljica, 100g braon secera, 1 kasika korena djumbira (rendanog) ili 1/2 kasicice u prahu, 250ml soka od jabuke, 1 kasicica cimeta u prahu, 130g oraha (seckanih).
Priprema:
1) Jabuke oprati, oljustiti i izdubiti sredinu ostaviti dno celo.
2) U ciniji pomesati ovsene pahuljice i 100ml soka od jabuka i ostaviti nekoliko sati ili bolje preko noci.
3) U ciniju dodati secer, orahe, cimet i djumbir. Promesati. Sipati u jabuke do 3/4 i odozgo sipati sok od jabuka.
4) Pokriti folijom i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj reni na 180 C oko 20 minuta. Skloniti foliju i peci jos 15 minuta.
Ingredients: 6 apples, 100g oat flakes, 100g brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of ginger root (grated) or 1/2 teaspoon powder, 250ml apple juice, 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, 130g walnuts (chopped).
Preparation:
1) Wash apples, peel and hollow the middle leaving the bottom whole.
2) In a bowl mix oat flakes and 100ml apple juice and leave for several hours or better overnight.
3) Add sugar, nuts, cinnamon and ginger to the apples. Stir. Pour into apples to 3/4 and top with apple juice.
4) Cover with foil and bake in preheated oven at 180 C for about 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
