Sastojci: 250g kinoe, 300g bundeve, 1 paprika babura, 100g kukuruza, 150g feta sira, sok od 1/2 svezeg limuna, kora od jednog limuna, 4 kasike maslinovog ulja.
Priprema:
1) Skuvati kinou. Bundevu oljustiti i iseci na kocke. Paprici izvaditi semenke i iseci na kocke. Fetu izmrviti.
2) U pleh na papir za pecenje staviti bundevu i poprskati maslinovim uljem. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C oko 30 minuta. Ostaviti da se ohladi pa izvaditi.
3) U ciniju staviti kinou. Dodati bundevu, papriku, kukuruz, fetu, sok i koru od limuna i promesati.
Ingredients: 250g quinoa, 300g pumpkin, 1 bell pepper, 100g corn, 150g feta cheese, 1/2 fresh lemon juice, one lemon peel, 4 tablespoons olive oil.
Preparation:
1) Cook the quinoa. Peel the pumpkin and cut into cubes. Remove seeds from pepper and dice. Crumble feta.
2) Put pumpkin in a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for about 30 minutes. Allow to cool and remove.
3) Put a quinoa in the bowl. Add pumpkin, pepper, feta, corn, lemon juice and peel and stir.
