Corba od bundeve sa semenkama bundeve (Pumpkin chowder with pumpkin seeds)

Sastojci: 500g bundeve, 500ml vode, 100g semenki bundeve, 2 cena belog luka, 1/2 glavice crnog luka, 1 kasika ulja uljanje repice.

Priprema:

1) Bundevu oljustiti i iseci na kocke. Beli i crni luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati.

2) U serpu staviti ulje uljane repice. Kad se zagreje na srednju temperaturu (4), dodati crni luk i prziti dok ne postane zlatno braon. Dodati beli luk i prziti dok ne pusti miris.

3) Dodati bundevu i vodu i kuvati 20 minuta ili dok ne omeksa.

4) U blender staviti bundevi i usitniti dok ne posatne glatko.

5) Vratiti u serpu i pustiti da prokljuca.

6) Sipati u tanjir i posuti semenkama bundeve.

Ingredients: 500g pumpkin, 500ml water, 100g pumpkin seeds, 2 cloves of garlic, 1/2 onions, 1 tbsp of canola oil.

Preparation:

1) Peel the pumpkin and cut it into cubes. Peel the onions and finely chop.

2) Put canola oil in the pot. When heated to medium temperature (4), add the onion and fry until golden brown. Add garlic and fry until fragrant.

3) Add pumpkin and water and cook for 20 minutes or until soft.

4) Put the pumpkin in a blender and chop until smooth.

5) Return to the pot and let it boil.

6) Pour into a plate and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
