Pljeskavice od kinoe (Quinoa burgers)

Sastojci: 500g kinoe (kuvane), 150g karfiola, 150g brokolija, 1 kasika lanenog semena, 1 kasika susama, 3 cena belog luka, 1 kasika suvog origana, 1 jaje (umuceno), 2 kasike svezeg soka od limuna, maslinovo ulje, prezle.

Priprema:

1) Pripremiti brokoli i karfiol. Beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati.

2) U serpicu sa prokuvalom vodom staviti cvetove karfiola i drske brokolija da se kuvaju 7 minuta. Dodati cvetove brokolija i kuvati jos 3 minuta. Ocediti.

3) U blenderu usitniti karfiol i brokoli.

4) Staviti u ciniju i dodati beli luk, laneno seme, susam, origano, jaje, sok od limuna i 2 kasike prezli. Sjedniti sve. Masa treba da takva da se mogu napraviti pljeskavice. Ako je potrebno dodati jos malo prezli.

5) Napraviti pljeskavice.

6) U pleh na papir za pecenje poredjati pljeskavice i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C oko 15 minuta, pa okrenite.

Ingredients: 500g quinoa (cooked), 150g cauliflower, 150g broccoli, 1

tbsp flax seeds, 1 tbsp sesame seeds, 3 garlic cloves, 1 tbsp dried oregano, 1 egg (beaten), 2 tbsp of fresh lemon juice, olive oil, breadcrumbs.

Preparation:

1) Prepare broccoli and cauliflower. Peel the garlic and finely chop.

2) In saucepan with boiling water put cauliflower flowers and broccoli stems to cook for 7 minutes. Add broccoli flowers and cook for 3 more minutes. Drain.

3) In a blender, grind cauliflower and broccoli.

4) Put in bowl and add garlic, flax seeds, sesame seeds, oregano, egg, lemon juice and 2 tbsp of breadcrumbs Sit everything well. The mass should be such that burgers can be made. If necessary add a little more breadcrumbs.

5) Make burgers.

6) Place baking paper in baking tray and bake in preheated oven at 180 C for about 15 minutes on and turn them.
