Sastojci: 250g lesnika (przenih), 200g secera u prahu, 20g vanilin secera, 85g kakaoa ili rogaca u prahu, 2 kasike ulja uljane repice, prstohvat soli, 70g cokolade za kuvanje.
Priprema:
1) U blender stavite kesnike i usitniti, oko 5 minuta.
2) Dodati secer u prahu, vanilin secer, so i kakao ili rogac i blendirati dok se dobro ne sjedini.
3) Dodati cokoladu i ulje i blendirati dok se ne sjedini.
4) Sipatu u staklenu teglu. Cuvati u frizideru do 20 dana.
Ingredients: 250g hazelnuts (roasted), 200g powdered sugar, 20g vanilla sugar, 85g cocoa or carob powder, 2 tablespoons canola oil, a pinch of salt, 70g chocolate for cooking,
Preparation:
1) In a blender put the hazelnuts and chop, about 5 minutes.
2) Add powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and cocoa or carob and blend until well combined.
3) Add chocolate and oil and blend until combined.
4) Pour into a jar. Store in the refrigerator for up to 20 days.
