Sa jabukama i orasima
Sastojci: 750g jabuka, 200g secera, 100ml vode, 150g griza, 150g mlevenih oraha, 150g seckanih oraha, 20g vanilin secera.
Jabuke oljustiti, ukloniti semenke i sredinu i izrendati. Posuti secerom i vanilin secerom. U serpi kuvati jabuke i secer sa 100ml vode. Filovati kore jabukama, posuti grizom i mlevenim orasima. Uviti. Filovati kore jabukama, posuti grizom i seckanim orasima. Uviti. Ponoviti postupak.
Sa bundevom
Sastojci: 750g bundeve, 200g secera, 100ml vode, 150g griza, 20g vanilin secera.
Bundevu oljustiti, ukloniti semenke i sredinu i izrendati. Posuti secerom i vanilin secerom. U serpi kuvati bundevu i secer sa 100ml vode. Filovati kore bundevom, posuti grizom. Uviti. Ponoviti postupak.
Sa nutela kremom i suvim grozdjem
Sastojci: 450g nutela krema, 250g suvog grozdja.
Suvo grozdje preliti toplom vodom i ostaviti pola sata. Ocediti. Pomesati krem od nutele i suvo grozdje. Dobro promesati.
Sa makom
Sastojci: 450g mlevenog maka, 550ml mleka, 220g secera.
U serpu kuvati mleko i kad prokljuca dodati secer. Mesati povremeno da se otopi. Dodati mak i kuvati par minuta.
Sa pirincem i cimetom
Sastojci: 250g pirinca, 750ml mleka ili vode, 100g secera, 20g cimeta.
Pirinac dobro opratiu vise voda. Ocediti. U serpu staviti mleko ili vodu i na srednju temperaturu (4) pustiti da prokljuca. Dodati secer i mesati da se otopi. Dodati pirinac i kuvati 20 minuta. Skolniti sa sporeta. Dodati cimet i promesati.
Sa visnjama i grizom
Sastojci: 750g visanja, 400g secera, 150g griza, 20g vanilin secera.
Visnje pomesati sa secerom i vanilin secerom i na srednjpj temeperaturi (4) kuvati 5 minuta stlano mesajuci. Na koru staviti fil od visanja, posuti grizom, zaviti. Ponoviti postupak.
Sa eurokremom i lesnicima
Sastojci: 500g eurokrema (sobne temeperature), 300g mlevenih lesnika.
Koru namazati eurokremom, posuti lesnicima i zaviti. Ponoviti postupak.

With apples and walnuts
Ingredients: 750g apples, 200g sugar, 100ml water, 150g semolina, 150g ground walnuts, 150g chopped walnuts, 20g vanilla sugar.
Peel the apples, remove the seeds and middle and shred. Sprinkle with sugar and vanilla sugar. In saucepan cook apples and sugar with 100ml water. Ingredients: 250g rice, 750ml milk or water, 100g sugar, 20g cinnamon.
Wash rice well in water. Drain. Put milk or water in a pot and let it boil over medium temperature (4). Add sugar and stir to dissolve. Add rice and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from stove. Add cinnamon and stir.
With sour cherries and semolina
Ingredients: 750g sour cherries, 400g sugar, 150g semolina, 20g vanilla sugar.
Mix the cherries with sugar and vanilla sugar and cook over medium heat (5 minutes), stirring ocassionally. Put a cherry fillet on the crust, sprinkle with semolina. Roll. Repeat the process.
With eurocream and hazelnuts
Ingredients: 500g eurocream (room temperature), 300g ground hazelnuts.
Cover the crust with eurocream, sprinkle with hazelnuts and roll. Repeat the process.
