Bez secera, bez glutena.
Sastojci: 1 banana, 165g grckog jogurta ili obicnog jogurta, 65ml vode prokuvane (ohladjene), 1/2 kasicice cimeta, 1 kasika putera od kikirikija ili putera od badema ili od indijskih oraha, 3-4 kocke leda.
Priprema:
1) Ocistiti bananu i iseci na kocke.
2) Staviti sve u blender.
Sugar free, gluten free.
Ingredients: 1 banana, 165g greek yogurt or plain yogurt, 65ml boiled water (chilled), 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond or cashew butter, 3-4 ice cubes.
Preparation:
1) Peel a banana and cut it into cubes.
2) Put everything in a blender.
