Sastojci: 600g brasna + jos ako je potrebno, 250ml jogurta, 125ml ulja, 10g baking powder, 1 jaje, malo soli, nadev - sunka, kecap, kackavalj, origano.
Priprema:
1) U ciniji pomesati brasno i prasak za pecivo. Dodati ulje jogurt. Rukom umesiti testo da se ne lepi. Ako je potrebno dodati jos malo brasna.
2) Na brasnjavu povrsinu izvaditi testo i mesiti jos par minuta. Oklagijom razviti testo debljine 2-3 mm. Okruglom vecom casom vaditi krugove.
3) Namazati kecap ostavljajuci 1 cm ne namazan. Staviti sunku, kackavalj i pospite sa malo origana. Preklopite sa drugim praznim krugom. Pritisnite ivice da se slepe.
4) Poredjati u pleh namazan margarinom. Premazatu umucenim jajetom. Posuti sa malo origana i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C oko 15 minuta.
Ingredients: 600g flour + more if needed, 250ml buttermilk, 125ml oil, 10g baking powder, 1 egg, some salt, stuffing - ham, ketchup, yellow cheese, oregano.
Preparation:
1) In a bowl mix flour and baking powder. Add buttermilk and oil. Knead the dough by hand so it does not stick, add more flour if needed.
2) Remove the dough and knead for a few more minutes on the floury surface. Roll the dough 2-3 mm in thickness. Take out cirlcles with bigger glass.
3) Coat the kecap leaving 1 cm not coated. Put a ham, cheese and sprinkle with some oregano. Top with another empty circle. Press the edges to stick.
4) Place in a margarine-coated baking tray. Then coat with a whipped egg. Sprinkle with some oregano and bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for about 15 minutes.
