Potrebno: blitva, serpa sa vrelom vodom, serpa ili cinija sa hladnom vodom, prazna posuda, plasticna hvataljka.
Priprema:
1) Blitvu dobro oprati.
2) Nozem iseci drske sve do vrha lista.
3) Staviti serpu sa vodom da prokljuca.
4) Staviti nekoliko listova blitve (da pokrije dno serpe). Blansirati 3 minuta.
5) Staviti blitvu u hladnu vodu na 3 minuta.
6) Prebaciti u praznu posudu.
7) Kad blanisrate svu blitvu ocediti je rukama.
Required: swiss chard, pot with hot water, pot or bowl with cold water, empty container, plastic handle.
Preparation:
1) Wash the chard well.
2) Cut the stem with knife all the way to the top of the leaf.
3) Put the pot with water to boil.
4) Put a few leaves of chard (to cover the bottom of the pot). Blanche for 3 minutes.
5) Put the chard in cold water for 3 minutes.
6) Transfer to a washed container.
7) When done with all the chard, drain/squeeze it with your hands.
