Sastojci: 550g brasna, 150g secera, 30g vanilin secera, 150g meda, 250g margarina (sobne temperature), 1 jaje, 1 kasicica cimeta, 1 kasicica djumbira u prahu, 1 kasicica karanfilica u prahu, 1 kasicica sode bikarbone.
Priprema:
1) U ciniji pomesati brasno, secer, vanilin secer, cimet, karanfilic, djumbir i sodu bikarbonu.
2) U drugoj ciniji umutiti jaje i margarin. Dodati med i promesati.
3) Postepeno dodavati mesavinu brasna i mesati.
4) Ostaviti u frizideru 1 sat.
5) Razviti testo debljine 0.5 do 0.8 cm i mdlom za kolacice vaditi krugove ili druge zeljene oblike.
6) Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C oko 10 minuta.
Ingredients: 550g flour, 150g sugar, 30g vanilla sugar, 150g honey, 250g margarine (room temperature), 1 egg, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon ginger powder, 1 teaspoon clove powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda.
Preparation:
1) Mix flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, cloves, ginger and baking soda in a bowl.
2) Beat egg and margarine in another bowl. Add honey and stir.
3) Gradually add the flour mixture and stir.
4) Leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
5) Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 to 0.8 cm and cut out circles or other desired shapes with a cookie cutter.
6) Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for about 10 minutes.
