Sastojci: 180g tune, 100ml jogurta, 2 kasike persuna, 1 kasika svezeg vlasca, 2 kasike lista celera, 1 paradajz, 50g svezeg kupusa, 2 tortilje.
Priprema:
1) Ocediti tunu. Paradajz oljustiti.
2) Pomesati tunu, jogurt, persun, vlasac, celer, paradajz i kupus.
3) Pola smese staviti na jednu tortilju, urolati i iseci na manje delove. Ponoviti postupak sa drugom tortiljom.
Ingredients: 180g of tuna, 100ml of buttermilk, 2 tablespoons of parsley, 1 tablespoon of fresh chives, 2 tablespoons of celery leaf, 1 tomato, 50g of fresh cabbage, 2 tortillas.
Preparation:
1) Drain the tuna. Peel tomatoes.
2) Mix tuna, buttermilk, parsley, chives, celery, tomatoes and cabbage.
3) Place half of the mixture on one tortilla, roll in and cut into smaller pieces. Repeat with another tortilla.
