Sastojci: 450 g svežih jagoda (očišćenih i isečenih), 480 ml vode, 200 g šećera.
Priprema:
1. U šerpi sa debelim dnom prokuvajte jagode i vodu.
2. Smanjite vatru na srednju jačinu (4) i kuvati 15 minuta, povremeno mesajuci.
3. Sklonite sa vatre i sipajte u posudu kroz finu cediljku.
Pazite da jagode ne pritiskate u cediljku.
4. Nakon što prestane da kaplje, vratite tečnost na ringlu, dodajte šećer, promešajte i prokuvajte.
5. Kašikom uklonite penu koja ispliva na površinu.
Nakon minut ključanja, isključite i sklonite sa ringle.
6. Sterilišite teglu.
7. Vruće sipajte u vruće tegle.
8. Ostavite da se ohladi.
9. Čuvati u frižideru.
