Brasno za hleb (Bread flour)

Sastojci: 130 g belog brasna, 4 g psenicnog glutena (glutensko brasno, vitalni psenicni gluten).

Priprema: 

1. Pomesati sve sastojke.

Ovo je minimum. 

Mozete koristiti i formulu.

Brasno za hleb * 0.95 = Belo brasno

Brasno za hleb - Belo brasno = Psenicni gluten

Primer: ako vam je u rueceptu potrebno 500 g brasna za hleb.

500 pomnozite sa 0.95 = 475

Dobili ste 475 g belog brasna. Oduzmite 475 od 500.

500 - 475 = 25

Dobili ste 25 g psenicnog glutena.

Pomesajte 475 g belog brasna i 25 h psenicnog glutena da dobijete 500 g brasna za hleb.

Ingredients: 130 g of white flour (all-purpose flour), 4 g of vital wheat gluten.

Preparation:

1. Mix all the ingredients.

You can also use a formula.

Bread flour * 0.95 = White flour

Bread flour - White flour = Wheat gluten

Example: if you need 500 g of bread flour in the recipe.

Multiply 500 by 0.95 = 475

You got 475 g of white flour. Subtract 475 from 500.

You got 25 g of wheat gluten.

Mix 475 g of white flour and 25 g of wheat gluten to make 500 g of bread flour.
