Brasno za hleb * 0.95 = Belo brasno
Brasno za hleb - Belo brasno = Psenicni gluten
Primer: ako vam je u rueceptu potrebno 500 g brasna za hleb.
500 pomnozite sa 0.95 = 475
Dobili ste 475 g belog brasna. Oduzmite 475 od 500.
500 - 475 = 25
Dobili ste 25 g psenicnog glutena.
Pomesajte 475 g belog brasna i 25 h psenicnog glutena da dobijete 500 g brasna za hleb.
