Sastojci: 130 g sirovih indijskih oraha (natopljenih preko noći i oceđenih), 1 ½ kašike limunovog soka, 1 kašika balzamiko sirćeta, 11 g nutritivnog kvasca, ⅛ kašičice dimljene paprike, ½ kašičice praha crnog luka, ½ kašičice praha belog luka, prstohvat kurkume u prahu, 1 kašičica morske soli ili po ukusu, 180 ml vode.
Priprema:
1. Ako imate blender velike brzine, potopite indijske orahe u vruću vodu na 30 minuta. Ako imate običan blender, potopite indijske orahe 8 sati.
2. Nakon namakanja, ocedite i isperite indijske orahe.
3. Stavite indijske orahe u blender zajedno sa svim ostalim sastojcima 180 ml vode i blendirajte dok ne postanu glatki.
Po želji dodajte još vode za ređu konzistenciju.
4. Odmah upotrebite sos.
Ili sipajte sos u šerpu na srednjoj vatri. Mešajte sos neprekidno dok se ne zagreje.
5. Koristite sos za burgere, načose, Buda činije, testeninu, kesadilje, enčilade, jela iz tepsije, kao preliv ili fil.
Ingredients: 130 g raw cashews (soaked overnight and drained), 1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, 11 g nutritional yeast, ⅛ teaspoon smoked paprika, ½ teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, pinch of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon sea salt or to taste, 180 ml water.
Preparation:
1. If you have a high speed blender, soak your cashews in hot water for 30 minutes. If you have a normal blender, soak the cashews for about 8 hours.
2. After soaking, drain and rinse the cashews.
3. Place cashews into a blender along with all of the other ingredients and 180 ml of water, and blend until smooth.
Add more water for a thinner consistency if desired.
4. Use the sauce right away.
Or pour the sauce into a saucepan over medium heat. Stir the sauce continually until warmed through.
5. Use the sauce for burgers, nachos, buddha bowls, pasta, quesadillas dip, enchiladas, casseroles, as topping or filling.
