Sastojci: 2 kašičice morske soli (fine), 1 kašičica mlevenog crnog bibera, 1 kašičica dimljene paprike u prahu, 1 kašičica belog luka u prahu, 1 kašičica crnog luka u prahu.
Priprema:
1. Pomešajte sve sastojke.
2. Sipati u hermetički zatvorenu teglu.
3. Čuvati na hladnom i suvom mestu do 7 meseci.
Možete ga koristiti u gumbu, džambalaji, grilovanom mesu, ribi, škampima, piletini, pečenom povrću, testenini ili čak posuti po pomfritu.
Napomena: ako samo jedan sastojak ima rok trajanja manji od 7 meseci i miks ce trajati do to datuma.
Ingredients: 2 teaspoons sea salt (fine), 1 teaspoon ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (powder), 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder.
Preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Add to an airtight jar.
3. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 7 months.
You can use it in gumbo, jambalaya, grilled meats, fish, shrimp, chicken, roasted vegetables, pasta, or even sprinkled on fries.
Note: if only one ingredient has a shelf life of less than 7 months, the mix will last until that date.
