Sastojci: 100 g danske fete, 3 kašike limunovog soka, 4 kašike ekstra devičanskog maslinovog ulja, ½ čena belog luka, 2 kašike sitno seckanog svežeg kopra, ½ kašičice sušenog origana, ¼ kašičice crnog bibera, 1-2 kašike vode (ako je potrebno).
Priprema:
1. Stavite sve sastojke osim vode u teglu i štapnim mikserom blendirajte dok ne postane glatko.
2. Dodajte vodu, ako treba, po pola kašike, dok ne dobijete gustu smesu koju možete preliti.
Napomena: ako nemate danski feta sir, možete koristiti kozji sir ili grčku fetu + 2 kašike grčkog jogurta - ali neće biti tako kremasto kao sa danskom fetom.
Ingredients: 100g Danish feta, 3 tbsp lemon juice, 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, ½ garlic clove, 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill, ½ teaspoon dried oregano, ¼ tsp black pepper, 1-2 tbsps water (if needed).
Preparation:
1. Put all the ingredients except the water in a jar and with a stick mixer blitz until smooth.
2. Add water ½ tbsp at a time until it's a thick drizzle-able consistency.
Note: if you don't have Danish feta, you can use goat cheese, or Greek feta + 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt - but won't be as creamy as Danish feta.
