Graham hleb sa sodom bikarbonom i jogurtom (Graham bread with baking soda and buttermilk)

Sastojci: 250g graham brašna, 250g psenicnog brašna, 1 kašičica sode bikarbone, ½ kašičica soli, 400ml jogurta.

Priprema:

1. U činiji pomešati graham brasno, psenicno brašno, so i sodu bikarbonu. 

2. Dodati jogurt i mešati dok smesa ne počne da se sjedinjuje. 

3. Prebaciti testo na pobrasnjen sto i mesiti koliko da se smesa sjedini, minut do dva.

Testo ne treba da bude ni cvrsto ni lepljivo.

4. Pleh obložiti papirom za pečenje ili namazati.margarinom - kockom i posuti brašnom, pa staviti testo u obliku lopte. 

5. Oštrim nožem iseci na par mesta po površini.

6. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C oko 40 minuta.


Ingredients: 250g of graham flour, 250g of wheat flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, ½ teaspoon of salt, 400ml of buttermilk.

Preparation:

1. Mix graham flour, wheat flour, salt and baking soda in a bowl.

2. Add buttermilk and mix until the mixture starts to come together.

3. Transfer the dough to a floured table and knead until the mixture comes together, for a minute or two.

The dough should be neither firm nor sticky.

4. Cover the tray with baking paper or spread with margarine - a cube and sprinkle with flour, then put the dough in the shape of a ball.

5. With a sharp knife, cut in a few places on the surface.

6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for about 40 minutes.
